Here are your messages for this week.
From the Board of Trustees: Please mark your calendars for an important residents meeting on
Monday, June 10th . Updates will be given on our community pool construction and on a new law regarding our capital reserve.
Also, the concrete pool decks have begun being poured. Please stay
away from the pool construction site, and please do not disturb the workers.
The following tickets will be sold on Tuesday morning in the clubhouse from 9:30-11:00:
-The Men’s Club will be selling Mega 50/50 raffle tickets at $5 each.
-The WGA will be selling tickets at $10 each for a June 7th Bingo
-The Women’s Club will be selling tickets at $40 each for their Spring Luncheon at the Lobster Shanty on June 19th at noon. Contact Marie Castellano with any questions.
-Tickets for the June 22nd Lions Head South Chorus Spring Concert will be distributed tomorrow
morning. The tickets are free but you must have a ticket to attend.
In other news…
-The Men’s Club will sponsor a golf outing on June 13th. T-off is at 9AM followed by lunch. The cost is $10 each for golf & lunch, or just lunch.
Also, mark your calendars for Italian Night on Wednesday, July 17th ,
featuring the singer Vito Lombardo and a full buffet. Tickets are $45 each. This event is BYOB.
-A reminder to sign up for the Abdominal Instruction being held in the fitness center on Tuesday, June 4th and Thursday, June 6th .
-The movie, The Holdovers, starring Paul Giammatti, will be shown in the Lions Den on June 9th at 2PM
-Articles for the July issue of the Lions Pride are due by June 5th .
